Who should consider counseling?
Frequently Asked Questions
Counseling is beneficial for anyone seeking support, clarity and emotional healing. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to seek therapy. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed or just want to better understand yourself, counseling can be a valuable tool.
What happens in our first session?
During our first session, I will give you space to share the issues, concerns, and problems that are making life difficult. After we explore the issues presented, we will collaborate to create a treatment plan that will guide our process. This will be your first step to health and wholeness.
How often and how long will we meet?
That will be determined when we create a treatment plan together. It could be once a week, once every two weeks or once a month. Individual sessions usually last 50 min. to 1 hour..
